- Changes to billing models due to the use of AI (from hourly rates to an ‘AI flat rate’)
- Use of specialised legal AI tools (Harvey, Legora, etc.) versus general-purpose applications (ChatGPT, Claude)
- Actual adoption of licensed tools within law firms or legal departments
- Perception of clients’ and competitors’ AI expertise
- Need for reform regarding the prohibition on third-party ownership, the German Lawyers’ Act (RDG) and other regulations
