- The per diem allowance will be increased to EUR 300 and covers a wide range of low-value items on a flat-rate basis.
- Accommodation costs will be raised to a flat rate of EUR 250 and the maximum reimbursable amount against receipt will also be increased. Overnight stays at the same hotel in which hearings take place will in any case be reimbursable.
- Postal and courier costs will be covered by a flat amount.
The revised guidelines will enter into force on 15 December 2025. They apply to arbitrations commencing on or after that date.
