My career

Arbitration experience

Acted as party's counsel in a broad range of ad-hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings governed by, inter alia, the ICC, DIS, Swiss, VIAC, and ISTAC Rules. Appointed as Sole Arbitrator and Co-Arbitrator in DIS-administered international arbitration proceedings. Matters handled have involved cross-border elements, with seats of arbitration including in Basel, Berlin, British Columbia, Brussels, Istanbul, Munich, Paris, Singapore, and Vienna, and a range of applicable legal frameworks, such as the CISG, EU law, and the laws of France, Germany, Ireland, Turkey, and Virginia as well as the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts.
