We cordially invite you to attend the Four-Country Conference, jointly organised by the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), the Liechtenstein Arbitration Association (LIS), the Austrian Arbitration Association (Arb|Aut), the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the Swiss Arbitration Centre and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC).

The conference starts with an opening lecture on recognition and enforcement of set-aside arbitral awards by Prof. Dr. Wolfram Buchwitz. Afterwards, the focus will move to an in-depth look at three key topics from the perspective of the four countries. Representatives of the four countries will use the panels to provide an in-depth look at: costs in arbitration proceedings; third-party participation in arbitration proceedings; and arbitration proceedings in inheritance, trust and foundation law.
