German-Norwegian Arbitration Group: Post-NAD 2026 breakfast seminar

DIS-Event

Veranstalter: ADRI/DIS/NOMA/SIML Arbitration Group

On Friday 6 February, the day after this year's Norwegian Arbitration Day, the ADRI/DIS/NOMA/SIML German-Norwegian Arbitration Group is pleased to invite you to its kick-off event - a breakfast seminar addressing the particularities of Norwegian and German arbitration. A panel of German and Norwegian practitioners will address topics such as the weight of oral hearings vs written pleadings, arbitrators' role in reaching settlements and the courts' attitude to arbitral proceedings and awards. Questions and comments from the audience are welcome.

The ADRI/DIS/NOMA/SIML German-Norwegian Arbitration Group is a group of practitioners aiming to promote the Norwegian-German relationship, strengthen the network of excellent arbitration practitioners in both countries and strengthen the understanding of arbitration in both countries with all their benefits. This breakfast seminar is the group's first event, and we look forward to welcome everyone interested in these important topics.
